Why is the Discovery Sprint paid?
Because it is real work: we review your workflow and systems, rank what to automate and design the architecture. You keep the plan either way, and the full $500 is credited if you start a build within 30 days.
What decides the final price of a build?
Scope. “From $3,000” covers one well-defined system. After the Discovery Sprint — or a short call for a clear scope — you get a fixed price and timeline before any work starts.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Projects are fixed-price and teams are monthly, so you know the cost before you commit.
What if the scope changes during a build?
We agree the change, its price and its effect on the timeline in writing before doing it. Nothing is added to your invoice by surprise.
Can we move from a project to a monthly team?
Yes. Many teams start with one build, then keep the same engineers on a monthly plan for the next features.
