AI Chatbot Cost in Pakistan (2026)
What an AI chatbot costs from Stuck Media in Multan: $700 audit, builds from $1,500. What changes the price and what to ask in a quote.
By Muhammad Shahbaz · · 5 min read
The short answer: at Stuck Media Solutions, an AI chatbot build starts from $1,500 in US dollars, after a $700 fixed price Automation Audit that is credited to a build started within 30 days. We do not quote a Pakistan market average, because we found no reliable public source for one. The final price depends on what the bot connects to and how risky a wrong answer is.
How Much Does AI Chatbot Development Cost in Pakistan? (2026)
By Muhammad Shahbaz, Stuck Media Solutions, Multan. Prices below are our own published prices. Third party facts were checked on 3 November 2026 on the official pages listed under Sources.
Why we do not quote a Pakistan average
Many pages online list a "typical" chatbot price in Pakistan. We could not find a source for those numbers that we could open and trust, so we do not repeat them. Most are written by agencies selling something. The honest way to compare is to get written quotes for the same scope and compare what each one includes.
Our prices
| Step | Price | Time | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Automation Audit | $700 fixed | 7 working days | A ranked list of workflows, a recommended approach, a fixed price quote and a 45 minute walkthrough. Credited to a build started within 30 days. |
| Automation Build | From $1,500 | Typically 3 to 5 weeks | One working system, such as a website chatbot or a WhatsApp chatbot. Larger projects get a fixed quote in writing. |
| Automation Partner | From $2,500 per month | 3 month minimum | A team that keeps building and improving. |
All prices are in US dollars. For the full details, see our pricing page and our AI chatbot service. For a wider view of project costs, read the AI automation cost guide.
What changes the price of a chatbot?
- Where it runs. A website chat widget is simpler than a WhatsApp chatbot that must handle templates, approvals and a business account.
- What it knows. A bot that answers from a short FAQ is cheap. A bot that reads your price list, stock and order history needs integrations.
- What it can do. Answering questions is one job. Creating orders, booking appointments or updating your CRM is more work and needs more testing.
- Languages. Modern AI models can read Urdu, but quality varies, especially with Roman Urdu and mixed language messages. Test with your own real messages before you rely on it.
- How risky a wrong answer is. Higher risk means more checks and a person approving certain actions.
- Who maintains it. Some teams run it themselves. Others want a partner.
Running costs that are not in the build price
Ask every agency for these in writing, ours included.
- AI model usage. OpenAI's pricing page, for example, lists model prices per 1M tokens, so the cost follows how much your bot is used. Other providers bill in similar ways. Check the provider's current page.
- WhatsApp messaging fees. Meta's developer documentation says WhatsApp Business Platform charges per delivered message, not per conversation, since 1 July 2025. It lists one free tier of 1,000 delivered service messages per month for each business phone number. It also says that from 1 October 2026 service messages beyond that tier become charged. Rates change, so check Meta's pricing page for your country.
- Hosting and tools. Servers, databases and any third party software.
- Your own time. Someone has to review the bot's answers each week.
We list these separately, so nothing is hidden inside the build price.
How to compare chatbot quotes
- Is the price fixed and in writing before work starts?
- What is included and not included? Model usage, WhatsApp fees and hosting are the usual surprises.
- Do you own the code and the documentation?
- What happens when the bot is unsure? Does it hand over to a person?
- Can I test it on my real messages before launch?
- What does it cost each month to keep running?
When a chatbot is not worth building
If your business gets a handful of questions a week, a pinned reply or a simple auto-reply may be enough. If a ready-made tool already does the job, we will tell you in the audit. See our AI automation guide for where automation does and does not pay.
