What a $700 AI Audit Includes
A plain explanation of a fixed price automation audit: process mapping, tool inventory, ranked opportunities, a build estimate and a 7 day timeline.

The short answer: a $700 AI automation audit is a fixed price review of how your business works today. You get your processes mapped, your tools listed, the best automation opportunities ranked, and a written build estimate. It takes 7 working days, and the $700 is credited to a build started within 30 days.
What Does a $700 AI Automation Audit Include?
By Muhammad Shahbaz, Stuck Media Solutions. This article explains how our audit works in general terms. Prices are on our pricing page. We do not publish client results here, because an audit is a plan, not a promise of savings.
Why start with an audit?
Most automation projects go wrong at the start, not at the build. Someone picks a task because it is annoying, not because it is the best one to fix. An audit gives you a written, ranked view first, so you spend money on the right workflow. It also gives you a fixed price, so you know the cost before you commit to a build.
What happens in an audit?
The audit has four parts.
- Process mapping. We ask how a task really runs today: who starts it, which steps happen, where it waits, and where mistakes appear. We map the real process, not the one in the handbook.
- Tool inventory. We list the software you already use, such as email, spreadsheets, accounting, CRM, WhatsApp or a shop system, and how data moves between them. This shows what can be connected and what cannot.
- Ranked opportunities. We list the tasks that could be automated and rank them by time saved against effort to build. Some tasks are not worth automating, and we say so.
- Build estimate. For the best opportunity we recommend an approach and give a fixed price quote in writing. If a ready-made tool is enough, we tell you that instead.
What do you receive at the end?
- A ranked list of workflows that could be automated.
- A recommended approach for the best one.
- A fixed price quote for that build.
- A 45 minute walkthrough where you can ask questions.
The plan is yours to keep, even if you build with someone else.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
The audit is a fixed $700 and takes 7 working days from the start. If you start a build with us within 30 days, the $700 is credited against the build price. Builds start from $1,500 and usually take 3 to 5 weeks. Your exact quote depends on the audit findings.
What do we need from you?
A short brief, a little of your team's time to explain how work really happens, and access to examples such as sample orders, emails or sheets. Remove private customer data before sharing examples where you can.
Who is an audit for?
It suits a business that knows work is slow or repetitive but is not sure what to automate first. It is not for you if you already have a clear, single workflow and just need it built. In that case, a build quote may be faster.
What an audit cannot do
It cannot promise a saving figure before the work is measured. It does not build anything. And it cannot fix a process that nobody follows. For help judging costs, read our AI automation cost guide.
